1. What if my insurance isn't listed?
If your insurance provider isn’t listed above there’s a chance a portion of our services may still be covered. Contact us today to see if we can work with your provider to obtain coverage for your treatments.
2. Does Freedom Health Centers accept Medicaid?
Unfortunately at this time we don’t accept Medicaid.
3. I don't have insurance, do you offer payment plans?
If insurance simply isn’t available for your treatments, consider talking with our patient liaison about working out a payment plan that’s mutually beneficial to you and Freedom Health Centers.
